Do you drive long hours while hauling horses? An ELD automatically records the number of hours a driver spends behind the wheel. Commercial vehicles are required to have them installed, but as horses are considered “livestock,” you may need one for your personal rig. See the USEA’s article regarding ELDs for more information.
