2026 Young Rider Virtual Team Challenge
All Season Long!
In 2025, the Area 1 Young Rider Team Challenges transitioned into a Virtual Team Challenge (VTC) format. This allows for maximum participation across all Area 1 events and demographics. More information on team rules, team composition, and team scoring can be seen in the “YR VTC Specifications” document linked below. Competing and volunteering at the following events will contribute to team scores.
Sign-ups are open and can be accessed here. Signs-ups will close April 17.

FEI Young Rider Team Challenges
Different Areas will be hosting a series of FEI Team Challenges at select events. These Team Challenges are for Young Riders competing at the CCI1*, CC2*, CCI3*, and CCI4* level. In 2024, there will be 8 FEI Team Challenges hosted primarily by Area 2, with one in Area 7. Please contact the Areas YR Coordinator for more information.
