Join us for a weekend focused on rider well-being beginning with an unmounted rider fitness class on Saturday with Sabrina Gray, DPT and a mounted session with Corinne of C Hawk equestrian in the afternoon. Sunday we welcome Sarah Marshall, Equestrian Confidence Coach, who will start the day with an unmounted workshop in the morning, followed by private riding sessions in the afternoon. The weekend is built to improve your strength and effectiveness as a rider by zeroing in on both the physical and mental well being. You may participate in all of the weekend’s activities, or you can select options that suit you. See entry form for details.
