Additional Bio info:
Ajia Clancy is an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, Girls Gone Strong Menopause Coaching Specialist, and nationally recognized fitness professional based in Rochester, NY. She specializes in helping adult amateur riders build body awareness, mobility, and strength both in and out of the saddle—so they can show up capable, confident, and prepared for the season ahead.
Blending functional training with a rider-focused approach, Ajia supports equestrians—especially women navigating midlife changes—in developing the connection, resilience, and stability needed to ride stronger and stay in the sport they love longer.
Andrea Waldo is a USEA-ECP, an Advanced-level eventer, and a former licensed psychotherapist with 18 years of experience in trauma recovery. This combination of expertise led her to create the StressLess Riding Program, where she uses neuroscience and sport psychology to help riders move past fear and performance anxiety.
As the author of the bestsellers Brain Training for Riders and The Imperfect Ride, Andrea is a leading voice in equestrian mental performance. Her clinics are famous for providing riders with “on-the-ground” mental tools that translate directly to the saddle, helping you quiet your “lizard brain,” stay focused under pressure, and build a more confident partnership with your horse.
Laurie Hudson is the owner of Hitching Post Farm and active in Area 1 eventing, serving as the Organizer Representative. A USEF Licensed “r” Eventing Technical Delegate and experienced Event Organizer, Laurie brings an expert’s eye for safety, and course design to her coaching. As an active competitor and trainer, she specializes in preparing horse and rider for success through clear, practical instruction and a deep understanding of the standards required at every level of competition.
