VIP site (eventingvolunteers.com) available for non-horse trial volunteer hours!
We are happy to announce that we have adapted the USEA’s VIP site (https://www.eventingvolunteers.com/) to record non-horse trial volunteer hours. Now, you can record all your volunteer hours for Area 1 in one place. This will make recording and adding up volunteer hours for year-end awards so much easier!
For those of you that are already registered on VIP, go to the site, click on “I’m a Volunteer” to get to your Dashboard. Click on “Events,” select “Area 1,” and you will see “Area 1 Horse Trials” listed on the left column and “Area 1 Volunteer Jobs 2026” under Other Area 1 Events in the right column. [If you haven’t registered on VIP, it’s easy to do when you go to the website.]
Click on “Area 1 Volunteer Jobs 2026” to get to a general information page. The tab next to “Information” will bring you to a list of Area 1 Volunteer jobs. These are jobs that can be done at home or at a non-horse trial event (e.g., Area 1 Annual Meeting). Each job has a brief description and a person to contact for more information.
