Palmer River Equestrian Center will be offering Elementary through Training/Novice divisions in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for both new competitors and new horses at these levels. We encourage safe and fun dressage, stadium jumping, and cross country on our course that is professionally expanded and updated every year by Kentucky Horse Park’s Aaron Rust.
