Modified Horse Trials

$80 per Modified Horse Trials

Horse Trials: Dressage, Stadium and Jumper Derby.

18” courses will be held in a sand fenced in arena, all other courses on grass.

October 4th Show

Best Costume Prize!

Riders are encouraged to be creative and ride dressed in costume! Ride 1 phase or all 3 in costume. Please make sure all costumes are safe. Helmets, jackets, ear bonnets, saddle pads or more can be decorated.

There will be an award for the horse and rider combo with the best costume!

 

ENTRIES: Dressage Classes $30, Horse Trials $80. Entries close

the Monday before each event. Refund policy: Full refund before closing date. Checks payable to Oakendale Farm.

All entries must be presented with a negative coggins (dated within the last 12 months)

Classes may be combined or split depending on entries, at show management’s discretion.

Show management reserves the right to refuse any entry.

LATE POLICY: Any entry which is postmarked after the closing date shall have an added $20 late fee. The late fee plus the entry must be delivered to the show organizer before the date of the show. If the organizer receives an entry after the closing date without the late fee, the exhibitor will be required to pay the fee before competing.

JUDGES: TBA.

STARTING TIMES: Will be sent via email and posted on the Oakendale Farm web site: www.oakendalefarmct.com the Thursday before each show.

AWARDS: 6 ribbons for each class/division. Award for the Highest Dressage test of the day. Award for the lowest Combined Test and Horse Trails score of the day. Year end awards.

ARENAS: All dressage classes will be held in a sand. Jumping will be held on grass, 18”  only on sand.

All riders must wear ASTM/SEI approved helmets!

 

ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED!
