*Nanny Hope Dressage Demo Clinic We are immensely grateful for the generous contribution from Laurian Pope and the Nanny Hope fund to support this Clinic. Hope Stearns Anderson was Laurian’s Grandmother who passed at age 94, although she always proclaimed herself to be “younger than springtime.” Hope was a gifted singer, performing as a church soloist and at family recitals until she was 90. A devoted spiritual seeker and healer, she spent much of her life learning, studying and in contemplation. Hope also had a deep love for animals and was a staunch supporter of all the activities her granddaughters participated in and loved watching Laurian compete in eventing. Never wanting to miss out, she rode a horse for the first time in her late seventies on a family vacation at a Dude Ranch.
